Bar Pazzo used a $9,000 Lackawanna County Small Business Administration (SBA) fee waiver check to start-up a new restaurant in downtown Scranton and purchase new equipment, furniture and inventory. The total loan for this project, which created 10 new jobs, was $400,000. The Commissioners established the SBA fee waiver program to stimulate growth and create job opportunities.
