Cooper’s Seafood House was the small business spotlighted at the April 18 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. A renowned staple in the Scranton community, the restaurant has been owned and operated by the Cooper family since 1948. There will be a week-long celebration of its 70th anniversary from April 23 – 29 with “throwback” prices from yesteryear. The Coopers – Jack, Paul, Mark and Ryan – offer accommodations for all types of functions, meetings or small parties and also do off-site catering.
