The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission recognized three staff members from the Lackawanna County Emergency Services Center for their recent role in assisting local law enforcement officials in saving the life of a young teenager by encouraging the person to return safely to the deck of the Clarks Summit Freedom Bridge.
