Arcaro & Genell, a restaurant located in downtown Old Forge, was the small business spotlighted at the September 21 Lackawanna County Commissioners meeting. The operation, a staple in the “Pizza Capital of the World,” has been a mainstay in the borough for over 50 years. The restaurant’s menu covers the gamut of fine dining, pizza, clams and much more. It is open six days-a-week and offers take-outs, offsite catering and a banquet room for any occasion.
