Bellissimo Children’s Hair Salon & Spa was the small business spotlighted at the November 7 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. Established in Dunmore in 2018, Bellissmo’s goal is to take the “nightmare” out of children’s haircuts. Owner LeeAnn Perry created an atmosphere where youngsters can dress up in costumes, sit in car or fly a helicopter while getting “spruced” up. The salon has a boutique that is stocked with clothes and accessories and also sells a line of bath products. Bellissimo also offers a wide array of grooming and manicure services.
