The Lackawanna County Commissioners joined conservation district officials, farm owners and other dignitaries for a ceremony to mark the preservation of over 5,000 acres of productive agricultural land in Scott Township. The parcel protected is located on the Hillebrand family’s Edgewood Farm and is part of the County’s land preservation program.
