The Lackawanna County Commissioners present Olyphant Borough officials with a $30,000 check, which will be used to construct a new field house and pavilion at Condella Park. The project, funded through the County’s Community Re-Invest Program, entails building a new concession stand and covered picnic and seating areas along with the installation of restroom facilities. Community Re-Invest was established in July of 2013 by the Commissioners to strengthen County neighborhoods and to promote their future growth.
