RE: Downtown Scranton and Wilkes-Barre Bicycle and Pedestrian Study
Lackawanna County and Luzerne Counties will be holding public meetings to gather input on the draft plans for the Downtown Scranton and Wilkes-Barre Pedestrian and Bicycle Network. Public meetings will be held for each Central Business District plan in the respective city.
The Downtown Scranton Public Input Session will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14th at Lackawanna Heritage Valley, 213 Railroad Avenue, Scranton, PA 18505. Snow date will be Thursday, January 16th.
The Downtown Wilkes-Barre Public Input Session will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21st in Room 214 of the Arnaud C. Marts Center, Wilkes University, 292 S Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701. Snow date will be Thursday, January 23rd.
