The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented a proclamation to Chancellor Marwan Wafa, Ph.D., inside left, in recognition of the 50th anniversary of Penn State University’s Worthington Scranton Campus, Dunmore. From its start of classes in 1968 in one structure, the campus is now up to nine buildings and offers 13 Bachelor’s Degrees, four Associates Degrees, 11 minors, an MSN in Nurse Practitioner, a variety of clubs, and varsity and intramural sports.
