Creative & Performing Arts Academy of NEPA (CAPAA) was the small business spotlighted at the May 16 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. This central city Scranton business has gained a reputation for inspiring thousands of youngsters from varied backgrounds to pursue their passion in the creative and performing arts. CAPAA operates four locations with highly trained professionals who work with the youth to help them excel through positive peer relationships and the arts. Various fund raising activities enable CAPAA to assist the youngsters to participate in its programs.
