Downtown Victoria’s Gourmet Cuisine, a central city restaurant, was the small business spotlighted at the July 6 Lackawanna County Commissioners Meeting. Originally located in West Scranton, the operation offers a variety of homemade soups, breakfast entrees, salads, sandwiches and “grab-and-go” items for people on the run. Its trademarks are Italian dishes and Brunch menu. Victoria does catering, has seating to accommodate up to 70 guests, and is open Sunday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
