Principals involved in the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims finalize plans for the fourth annual vigil, which is set for Sunday, November 20, at 5 PM in front of the Lackawanna County Courthouse, N. Washington Avenue. The remembrance program is held yearly on the third Sunday in November and dedicated to the millions killed or injured in road accidents, their families, and the emergency crews, police, and medical professionals who deal with the traumatic aftermath of road death or injuries.
