Members of the bi-county Wilkes Barre/Scranton International Airport Board present a proclamation to Leo Vergnetti in recognition of his retirement after 44 years of service to countless visitors and residents who utilized the facility. Leo purchased the airport coffee shop in 1972 and went through several name and format changes and airport renovations. A community activist, Leo has been recognized by multiple organizations for his stellar service and commitment to others.
