The Lackawanna County Commissioners and staff toured the Cathedral Cemetery in West Scranton to inspect the clean-up and preparations done by the County’s Veterans Affairs office and local military volunteers for Memorial Day. Landscaping, painting, flag replacements and the installation of flag holders were done to the final resting places of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in serving our country.
