Wheat Paste is a gel or liquid adhesive made from wheat flour or starch and water. It has been used for thousands of years for book binding, découpage, collage, papier-mâché, and adhering paper posters and notices to walls. The paste is an adhesive that is weather resistant and can be removed with a pressure washer.
The #scrantonlove Public Art Project is comprised of Lackawanna County, ScrantonMade, The Scranton Fringe Festival, First Friday Scranton, Shantytown Design, Pop Up Studio and the Afa Gallery.
