The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented a proclamation to representatives from the Scranton Lackawanna Human Development Agency (SLHDA) in recognition of the organization’s 50th anniversary. Established in 1965, SLHDA has been at the forefront of serving the economically disadvantaged in our community.
